please help!! looking for good tips on how to write a ncp goal. for example the diagnosis i came up with was Readiness for enhanced self care aeb expresses willingness to maintain independence in daily activities. Detailed steps is appreciated for i have to write a total of 4 ncp!

Well, let's not overthink this; it's really not rocket science. :)

If she says she wants to maintain independence in ADLs, can you think of what she needs to accomplish to do that? You will need to use verb phrases with actions in them, like, "demonstrates (or "will demonstrate..") ability to ..." or "performs/will perform .... safely." Then your nursing actions become what you need to do to help her reach those goals.
