I'm an LVN in California, and was interested to open a nursing agency. Does anyone know how this works and what the steps are? Thank you!!

what part of CA? I'm from Ca too...have you thought about how your nursing agency is going to "stand out"? marketing is key and nursing agencies are already saturated so u have to compete with many others in the area. i would find a mentor in a different state and set up a 15 minute phone interview on how they got started...plus you can try S.C.O.R.E business..:)

I'm from the bay area, you know honestly.. I haven't thought about much, it's just an idea that came to mind, and I wanted to find out more information about it. But going online hasn't really helped much.. I'm not sure if I need a license, or how to even get started.. I just want all the info possible on how to start it, how to market, everything!
