I must admit I bought the above mentioned book because my nursing book club offered it at a reduced, very affordable price. It is a text book but it is also an easy book to read. I love the way the author presents opposing views on subjects we argue about here every day without taking sides. Here are a few of section titles: The Growth of Nursing, Making the Transitions to Professional, Leading and Managing, Issues in Delivering Care. If you are in nursing school and using this book to take a class I envy you. The Author is Josepth Catalano but there are many contributing authors and consultant.
