There is an article over on Healthleaders under Hospitals Recruiting New Workers, it's actual title is Hospital Strike Pay by Bonnie Darvas. It goes on and on about the greedy nurses and how expensive they are and how they are getting huge payraises thereby running hospital bond ratings down . One statement by one contributer says, I'll paraphrase, Labor Unions faced with falling income due to so many jobs being moved over seas are increasingly turning to hospitals to recruit to get their revenues up. If I read between the lines and I do that very well I get, BOO HOO why can't we export our business to places where the labor is cheaper and why can't we get the foreign nurses here any quicker. Anyway, Karen you wonderful person, I am sure you will post it soon.
