Hard of Hearing ER nurse--how to take telephone orders

Im a hard of hearing nurse started Working in the ER 2 month ago. I will like to know if there is a nurse out there that works in the ER that is hard of hearing. And what do they do to take the doctors orders over the phone? I'm having a hard time with this.

thank for the reply I went last week to the HR dept. and they got me TDD phone just a little nervous with the doctors they have no patience. Everyone else is on board the doctor were complaining because I was repeating everything they were saying before I got this phone. But now with the phone I don't know if they want to work with me got my finger cross. I'll let you guys know what happen.
