I'm not sure I understood all of this - No raises in 10 years? or contracted for 10 years? I got the concept of worked to death.

The nursing course in Portugal, since 2000, passed from 3 to 4 years and has not yet been updated this new academic qualification ... Unlike other professional classes, such as teachers who soon began to receive more because they are over 1 year of higher education (plus € 400).
We are talking about nurses in early career that are being paid, with taxes, € 900 ... Since the wages of teachers around € 1300.
And this is just one of the problem... There are a lot of them.
