Today, there is an article posted on how 22,000 nurses are taking a stand against mandatory vaccination. These nurses are willing to lose their jobs to stand up for their Pro-choice rights. NAMV was founded when mandatory vaccines were introduced in the workplace, and though it is not pro-vaccine OR anti-vaccine, it is certainly pro-CHOICE. NAMV members believe that all people should have the right to choose and refuse medical treatment, including nurses and healthcare workers.
Yeah, I read it. I read all kinds of hyperbole and histrionic language and a citation of an article from 2007. I am not impressed. Nor am I impressed with any medical advice from a website that ends in ".com."
109 people have died this season in my relatively small state. I will take my chances with autism and continue to get vaccinated yearly.
