Hello,
Next semester I am taking intro level stats and I wanted to know when it came to statistics did you find it beneficial for nursing or fun?

I didn't find statistics that useful for the BSN program (though it was required) as it really only applied to small section of our public health/community health coursework. I was more useful having it when I went to grad school. .
That being said I was a HORRIBLE math student, and my statistics instructor was the FIRST in my life who was a really, really good math teacher. I wish I'd had her in elementary school - taking statistics made me realized I'm not actually an idiot when it comes to math, I've just had a lot of teachers who didn't take the time to break things down enough for me to understand.

In my CC a computer/software actually is the teacher with ours. I'm thinking of going forward with the class.
I think I'll take this during the Summer

I find it a little confusing on what courses to take because every school requires something different courses for their nursing program. should I try and make a decision for one school or should I try and take my pre-requites for the nursing schools that I am interested in? does any one know about UCONN or Goodwin university?
