Nurses love DRAMA???

ok... so what's up with this issue? do nurses love drama or what am i missing? i'm a student nurse and the nurses have drama on my floor all the time... as a student, students talk about each other behind their backs and discourage others... being on all nurses, people have heated conversations on here!!! what is wrong with nurses??? this is an internet where people write what they feel and i believe if you don't like what it is ignore it!!!! nothing should be personal or judgemental here??!! and why do nurses gossip about each other soo much? omg!!! anyone see this...?

For the most part were all Type A personalities, driven by the need for perfection. Sometimes when things don't go our way it is handled in the wrong manner. Plus, it is a female dominated profession and we all know how nasty women can be to each other.

Make a conscious decision not to partake in the type of drama that goes on in the workplace--it always comes back to bite you.
