Just curious: How many of us who work on tiled floors have a knee problem?

13 years on tile floors, 6 years on carpeted. Knees are terrible. I too know that I would be better off if I could lose a few lbs. My hubby works on concrete floors in a warehouse and at 38 was diagnosed athritis bilat knees. Right is worse and Doc had him fitted for a brace which helped some. Started taking glucosamine with chondroitin and says it has helped alot. I know I'm buying a lot less naproxin now days.

20+ years on tile floors and about 10 on carpet. Have (familial) osteorthritis in both knees (among other joints). Have also started taking glucosamine, but can't take naproxin because it's incompatible with my daily aspirin. So far I'm doing ok with a little tylenol now and then.

I am 28 and have been a nurse 7 years. I have noticed a steady worsening in my knee pain. When I started out I had no knee pain at all, now I have days that I have to rely on a knee brace and advil to be able to function. BTW have any of you heard of Z-COILS(brand of orthonic shoes). I work with an older nurse and she said they completely stopped her knee pain. I am thinking about getting some but the $200./pair makes me want to check them out thoroughly.
