Nurses in Hawaii?

hello, I will be graduating w/ my BSN in May and want desperately to move to Hawaii. I have visited several times and in the past everyone I met would tell me how bad they need nurses. However, as graduation has been approaching I have been doing research and trying to talk to employers over there...One recruiter I spoke with said that the hospitals are overflooded with new grads and that competition is extremely fierce....I was wondering if anyone works over there and if so what the situation is like.

You might have better luck getting a years experience here on the mainland and then relocating. Good luck.
