Nurse's email to teachers

Welcome back everyone! Hope you had a great summer!

I am trying to come up with the first email to the teachers in regards to rules and regulations of the clinic. Has someone created a template on here? Anything will help!

I don't have a template for you but I would suggest you keep it short and simple. Also, send it again or give them a hard copy after the first few weeks of school. I always email about 504 plans at the very beginning of the year and so often, the emails get overlooked. Teachers (as well as us) are just bombarded with beginning of the year stuff and if they see something they don't perceive as urgent, it tends to get discarded. It wold also be good if your principal would give you a couple minutes to speak to everyone during the first faculty meeting of the year. Good luck! :)
