Nurses Christmas Party

I am in charge of putting on a Nurses Only Christmas Party this year at our hospital. I need some great ideas! In recent years the attendance at our parties has fallen severely and I want to reverse that! It is held at our hospital, so no alcohol or any questionable activities....just some good clean fun. Please share with me activities you have participated in at past Christmas parties that you enjoyed. Thanks!

The problem with shift work is no matter when or where you have a party, someone will be working and unable to attend. It also seems that whenever we have anytype of party at work all hell breaks out and no one has time to "party" or even grab a cookie on the run! good luck with your planning. Maybe ask (as someone else suggested) why people quit attending in past years and work from there.
