Does anyone work where nurses have been hired to meet staffing ratios? If so, do you feel the patient care is improved? Is it less stressful for the staff?

We noticed that the hospital are incorrectly adhering to the ratios. For example. They hire more nurses but get rid of the ancilarry staff(CNA's, Secretary) so the nurses actually end up doing more work but with less total patients(although they are still understaffing)
