How much does the new grad make per hour here in AZ? Does ADN and BSN make a difference in salary as a new grad nurse?

New grad pay at Scottsdale healthcare & all Banner hospitals is $24/hr. The only place that I know of that pays differently for a BSN is the Veterans Hospital in Phoneix. I know Banner doesn't pay differently for a staff nurse who has a BSN nor does St Joe's.

Mayo Clinic and hospital also pays more for a BSN.

Yeah, Mayo only pays $.66 more per hour for BSN. Haha. (Just make them pay for your BSN). That's my plan!

Tucson starting pay is 21-22.5/hour, Phoenix 24-25/hour..plus differentials if you work nights.
