  1. You said your cumulative Q bank question was 53%, was this includid used = incorrect questions or just incorrect questions? I take my text in 3 weeks and so far my cumulative question is 62% (used =incorrect) and I still have 328 questions left. I'm worried. I took my first question trainer and I got a 52%.

How much does the new grad make per hour here in AZ? Does ADN and BSN make a difference in salary as a new grad nurse?
  9. I took the test 2 months ago. The math part is basic math. Besides the simple math (addition, subraction, multiplicatio and additon) know your fractions, percentages, decimals, ratio and how to convert them. There are also basic algebra question and solve for x problems. The test is not so hard excpt that you only get a minute for each question which makes you feel pressured. The Reading part is just comprehesion.
  10. I have heard of the school but i am a bit skeptical because of the area and location does not look reliable. However, I know a couple of people that is currently in the program and I have heard nothing but good feedback. I think their first graduating class is this June. Anyway, I have completed my file with then and already went in yesterday for an interview. If I get accepted, I will start the program next month. As far as the accreditation is concerned, the school is nationally accredited by ACICS which not very many schools accept direct credit from them. The good news, Univeristy of Phoenix does credit their class for the RN-BSN program. If you want to specilize in a specific field, i believe you need your BSN. I've read and heard from differn RN's that ADN and BSN has no pay differential. If you just want a simple RN job in an acute care, long-term care facility, or in home health, then it really doesn't matter. But if you would like to keep as many options open to you as possible, then the BSN is going to serve you better in the long run.

  12. Well, I was there couple of weeks ago and I'm not too impressed with the area and location. The outside of the school does not look reliable. How do you like the program? How's the schedule like? Do you know if there classes are going to be transferrable somewhere else? Is it still possible to work while in the program? Any information I can get will help. Thanks!
