Still waiting at the moment. From what I experienced it seems like THR and Methodist are a bit on the slow end in responses. Parkland has been more responsive and have a point of contact to reach out with questions.

I haven't either. I had a previous email from the transition to practice coordinator and reached out to her. She told me she would reach out to HR and let them know I applied but didn't give me information on if there's a timeline on when they would call.
Might give Methodist Dallas a call tomorrow and see if I can get a hold of HR

Yeah I ended up accepting a job elsewhere because I wasn't able to wait any longer... But good luck to everyone else!

Haven't heard anything either. Does anyone remember what day the application opened?

Has anyone else had no luck getting into a residency program? :/ I've applied to almost all in Dallas, have landed some interviews but have received multiple rejections. Has it been this competitive for anyone else? Not sure where else to look at either.

Literally same.
You're not alone, I applied to 15 positions (all spanning different specialties) and only landed one interview. Out of the 15 I only have three pending applications open, majority of them didn't bother sending a rejection email and I had to find out by religiously logging into the career site every day

ugh it's so frustrating. does anyone have some sort of back up plan? I'm thinking of trying to apply to small hospitals outside of the city but of course they all prefer 1 year of RN experience.
