Coopsalot 6 Posts Sep 13, 2021 I'm graduating with my BSN in December, and this is exactly what is really worrying me. Is it even possible to find a position as a new grad without going through a residency at one of the major hospital systems? Here's the scary thing: I know I don't have enough experience to properly care for the older adults in LTC or home health, but unfortunately I'm afraid those are the only companies who would hire a new nurse. Any suggestions?
