Nurse Residency Program in the DFW area

Hello all! I am in the final semester of my nursing program ( five weeks to go) and looking to apply to nurse residency programs in the DFW area.  I am interested in the ICU, PICU, and ER. I am looking for any advice/recommendations as far as nurse residency goes from these hospitals (pay rate, who not to work for, etc) :

UT Southwestern

Baylor Scott & White

John Peter Smith (JPS)

Parkland

Methodist Hospital

Cook Children's

Children's Medical Center

Medical City
