Started the survey but the format leaves much to be desired and many of the questions force a single option answer which is not accurate e.g. question one asking "NP vs DNP"--- this isn't actually an either/or question one is a professional credential and the other an academic degree!

Several questions are two part questions but only allow a single yes/no response - what if answer is "yes" to one part and "no" to the other question?

I think it would be worth rewriting this survey in order to allow more accurate responses if you want worthwhile data.
