Hi!

I have been planning to become a NP for quite some time now. However, Both times I took the GRE I made a combined score of 840. I need a minimum combined score of 1000 to get into the program I want to enter. The first time I took it I prepared by reading the tips and doing the problems in the book, "GRE for Dummies". I also did a few problems in the book that ETS sends out and I took a class at the University called, "Preparing for the GRE". The second time I studied Kaplan's "Math Workbook", Kaplan's "Flip-O-Matic" for vocab, spent a significant time on Number2.com, and read some more in the book ETS sends. I have signed up to take the test again at the end of next month, do you guys have any suggestions for me?

Hello, BlaineCM,:balloons:

I think you have a good plan of study there. Not sure I can add anything else. The Preparing for the GRE is a good source. Do you know what your weaknessess were?

A friend of mine who used to tutor GRE and LSAT recommends Barrons GRE. He says it's the best. He took it and got a combined score of 1500+. He's now a second year Law student at Columbia so I guess he knows what he's talking about.
