a written teaching plan goes something like this:
if you look at it, it has some of the elements of a care plan (goals, interventions, execution and evaluation). what is different is that you actually lay out how a list of how you are going to do the teaching, kind of like a nursing procedure is laid out step-by-step for you.
the specific subject your instructor is addressing sounds like it involves the kegel pelvic floor muscle exercises. if you do a google search you can find the instructions for these exercises on many websites on the internet.
Thank you for taking the time to respond to my plea for help. It is an honor to learn something from someone with as many years of experience as you and your determination to see that we nurses in training excell in nursing.
