Congratulations on your graduation and licensure. Your prowess with languages will be an enormous asset to you. I don't know the answer to any of your specific questions about salary or licensure, but I've known many American nurses who worked in Saudi Arabia. They all say the salary was a big incentive, but they also appreciated the opportunity to get to know a different culture and experience adventures in another country.

Hi everyone,
I am a new nurse from thailand.
I am looking to work oversea
Especially in Middle East (saudi arabia, arab emerate)
I had graduated in nursing college, Thailand (i studied 4 years)
And now i got licence from thai.
I have some questions..
-if i want to go middle east countries do i need to test nclex? Or can i used licence which i have(from thai)
-how about salary especially in new nurse (saudi arabia, arab emirat). I heard people from asian countries got salary less than american or europe countries, how about it?
-we dont use english like a mother tongue, so do we need english test? The critiria is?
(I already have my plan to take english course)
I know basic arabic maybe it can help
-if i want to go there do i need to find agency?
