I'm looking into nurse mates shoes but still exploring. Would you recommend them? Do you recommend something different?

I loved my NurseMate shoes! I had three pair in the same style that I rotated. One pair was kept in my locker at work and I alternated wearing the other two pair. I have a very high instep and they fitted well.

I got these shoes about a month ago and haven't even thought about my feet!!! Except when someone compliments the shoes, lol! I'm in LOVE with how comfy, cute and supportive they are! There are 2 downsides though:
1) The sizing is way off and runs like 2 sizes too small (I wear 8-1/2 to 9 or 39-40 EUS, and ordered a 41 EUS). They fit well but are a little loose, so idk if a 40 would be perfect or too small. I've been completely happy with the 41, with that being said ?
2) They aren't very slip-resistant.
Here's a link to the pair I got:

I'm not certain if what all I mentioned above applies to the other styles, so keep that in mind. It's been so refreshing to finally find a supportive shoe, so I can focus on my patients instead of my back, knee and foot pain!
I bought these online and can't wait to get them. I tried them on at the store and I wasn't sure if to do 6 1/2 or 7. So I went ahead and ordered them online so I get a fresh new pair and see really which will feel better with socks and stockings.

I bought the dove and they were good for about 7 months. I changed the insole and got them to last a year. For the price, I decided they weren't a good investment. Next time I'll spend an extra $50 and get a pair that will last a long time. I'm sill searching for my perfect nursing shoe.
Thank you for your input New Yorker girl! Let's see how long mine last.
