Hello all, i am not sure if this is the right area to ask this question but i am new to this website so please bear with me. I recently graduated from my lvn program in California. 5 days ago, i sent in my registration form and 150.00 to take my NCLEX a second time. Just now though, i found out that i must go back to NJ due to family reasons. My question is, exactly what do i have to do take the NCLEX in the state of NJ? I do know that pearson vue test center is over their as well, but i am not sure on what to bring to the test site since i will be moving their shortly. Any information would be helpful. Thank you, and i apologize in advance if this topic has been brought up.

Once you get your ATT, just schedule your test at a Pearson Vue in Jersey. You'll still be testing under the authorization of Cali, but just in a different location. If you are moving back to NJ permanently, you might want to check with NJ about how to endorse in your license.
Thank you so much! another question of mine is, wouldnt they ask for identification? i only have my CA id thats why. again, thank you!
Of course they'll ask for identification. You should check the ncsbn.org website for NCLEX information. There is a PDF you can download that talks about the whole process, including what you'll need to bring to the testing center.
