Hello everyone I am trying to get in to nursing school and 1 of the requirements is that I take the Nurses Entrance Exam do anyone know where I can go online and get practice test.

Which entrance exam are you taking? We took the NLN and I used the practice book I bought from the school bookstore and in our learning lab I was able to take practice exams and have them graded by the on staff educator, I did the entire book & 4 practice exams, I will say this tho it worked wonders, my percentile was 98 and composite was 144 :D

Hey, maybe you can help me out here. I did pretty well on the test, but the vocab seems to be what brings my grade down. Would you say you just knew the vocab section or did you study for it, and if so, how? I found that the NLN book did help this last time...I scored about the same on my Math & Science from the first test to this last one I took and raised my over-all percentage from a 71 to an 85, but was still disappointed in that because I was in the 90% for both math and science. I just feel like an idiot because I'm thinking I should know these words or something? Ugh...I hate it!

ETA: I will be taking the test again on the 28th to try to improve on the 85%...that's what I'm hoping for anyway!

Yes, I agree with the pp. It depends on which test you are taking. I also took the NLN pre-entrance exam. Here is a link to the study guide that I used and it is the closest to the test you will get, so I would suggest getting this one!

But if it is a different test, there will be a different study guide that you'll need to get.
