Hey guys, so I decided to go back to school for my other passion which is business. I have my BSN and I’m going to school to get a bachelors in business and leadership. I wanted to know if anyone has had the same experience or has had previous business experience before nursing. I’m deciding to do what I want instead of asking myself “what if” in the future!

Would you consider seeking a graduate level business degree instead? I think you'd be more marketable, more profitable, more knowledgeable, and it'd probably take the same amount of time (or less, since you'd only need degree-specific courses and not a lot of undergrad fluff).

If you still enjoy healthcare, you could specifically look for a healthcare administration/leadership degree and combine your interests in nursing and business.

Yes! Many nurses go into business either entrepreneurship or a more professional route. I would suggest getting your MBA instead of another BA. This will help you move into leadership and management roles where a BA degree will not necessarily allow you to do that. Also having an MBA also allows you to branch out into business in general. Good luck!
