I am hoping others will join this thread and we will be as successful as in previous classes. Relax with our well earned week off. See you on May 20th.

Thanks. Literature was never my strong suit :)

Best of luck to you and everyone else! I hate the class and everything about it, and I LIKE research!

That's my view too: I think the research itself is great. I can see myself doing it in the future. But it's the format of the class, the disorganization, the vagueness and all of the technical problems they keep having that sours me on the 4325 experience.

And that quiz was the worst 25 minutes of my life...but it's over and I passed. Onto the next assignment...

Glad you passed. Won't be taking until this evening. Don't want anything to sour my mood. Was it as bad as you anticipated or worse?

Right on Meriwhen - I'll take quiz at 1230 PDST and literature is my strong suit. Here is my disclosure: I WORKED in Research and Development for six years prior to working the on the floor and that is how I understand research. That said, I need to know how they are teaching in order to pass their exams and get the grade I want. The coaches are not helpful. I asked a question and she used more energy telling me to look at a different DB then she would have used just answering the question.

And the OOH??? Come on, this is not their first class, you'd think they'd know how to operate the AV equipment and give a straight lecture with Q&A.

To be honest, I'm not even sure...I'm still kind of numb from it.

Now I have to go listen to the lovely OOHs.

Once you answer a question can you go back to change it or do you have to keep going forward?

Oh yeah...no one's done this so I'm not reprimanding anyone. However, I'd be neglecting my duties as forum staff if I didn't mention it. So let me do my job...

A reminder to all NOT to discuss any specific quiz content/questions, as doing so would violate both our TOS and UTA's academic honesty policy. Thank you.

Quest: no, you can't go back and change any answers. They explained that's what the practice quiz in Week 1 was for--to get us used to taking tests like that.

Blueprint says one question at a time, so it will be save, submit, and that's it. No going back.

I have been in so many online classes that the syllabuses (spelling?) and details all get jumbled together and I forget which rules pertained to which class. :wacky:

Quiz done in 17 minutes and it was not as bad as anticipated and I did well. Whew------------- On to OOH...

Done! I did pretty good. I have to really watch the clock though.
