1-3 We have a nurse line in the AM we can do BP checks, weight checks, dressing changes. SVA are given on the ward by nursing. There can be call outs for EKG's and Snellen tests and audiometry testing.

FSBS and insulin injections are done at diabetic line before #1 medline

2 TST are done by the ICN or designee. They are also administered to all new receptions on admission unles there is documentation of previous positive TST testing

3. The i/m take the apparatus for the sitz bath back to their room sans bag and tubing. Whirlpools used to be done by the staff but the i/m were not constantly attended. There have been no whirlpool rx at our facility for > 5 years, the machine broke and the contract company has not seen fit to have it serviced, they just stopped ordering the procedure.
