Number of patients per day??

I am curious how many patients people who are doing primary care or specialty see per day. Also, was this number lower when you first started in your job?

I work in urgent care solo and see anywhere from 40-100 pts in a 12 hour shift.  It sucks some days but I love my job and I strive to provide excellent care.
