NSU Fall 2020 BSN

Hey guys so I applied to Nova's BSN program at the Kendall campus maybe 3 weeks ago & recently got a call to let me know that I was selected for an interview. Just wanted to start a thread for anyone else who is applying early like me or will be applying for the Fall program. If anyone has already done the interview, what questions were you asked? I hear it's mainly scenario questions. Also, what was the exam & essay like? Hope this helps someone out & thnx to whoever replies! ?

Thank you for the info! I just checked back and I submitted my application May 14th (10 days ago) to NursingCas. So fingers crossed I hear back this week! ?

I wouldnt worry, just wait on the packet & it tells you what to do from there ? You do have to pay a deposit to hold your spot so if you haven’t gotten anything in a week, I’d call just to be save your spot.

Hi!

I also applied to NursingCAS but at the end of April. Have you heard of anything from them or have done the interview?

I'm pretty worried since I have called several times already and for some reason it took a while for them to see my transcripts until June 1st. The last call I made was about 10 days ago and I was told I should be getting an email soon for the interview, but I haven't gotten anything. Lmk ?

Hey, well I sent in my transcripts like 2-3 weeks later because I've been busy studying for TEAS and stuff. But I spoke w them and told me fall 2020 is full for Davie and Miami so if I get accepted it would be for Spring 2021. Which I'm OK with it since nova is my back up plan. I received an email today from nursingcas confirming they received my transcripts which means nova just got them so maybe in the next weeks I hear a call from them ?

Same! It sucks to wait for next Spring but it’s okay. I’ve been getting calls this week saying I should receive the email in a week so hopefully yours is coming as well! What other schools are you applying to?

I got my call yesterday! They told me I was gonna get the email for the interview ? MDC is my first choice, second choice is a school in fort myers (I have family there) and nova is my plan C! hbu?

nova is still my first choice since I wanna get my BSN already I cant wait!!
