Has anyone had to use their personal Liability Insurance obtained through NSO? If so, did your policy provide you with eveything it stated? Did you have any problems.....
Thanks a bunch from a new grad!

Yes I have insurance with NSO. But no, fortunately, I have not had to use it.
Being the first to respond, I'm hoping that no one's had any horrific experiences with NSO!! Cuz I can only imagine that it would have to be horrible enough to have to even use your malpractice insurance in the first place.

I've had it for four years and fortunately too haven't had to use it. I've been happy with them so far.

I recently purchased insurance from NSO. Thank goodness I've never been in a situation to use it. In attempting to modify my policy, I sat on the phone with about 8 different people for over 5 hours and 2 months, all to have absolutely nothing done. I ended up kicked out of school because my policy was not corrected after 2 months into the semester. The customer service workers, as well as managers kept changing their policies on everything, giving me the runaround and promising the world. I finally canceled my policy and am looking elsewhere. I sent 5 emails, 3 faxes, and about 5 hours on the phone all for nothing! If they can't even modify a policy without a huge problem, I can only imagine what would happen with a true claim. I've very disappointed!

I've carried it for many years without any problems.
