Sounds great. I just completed my pre-req's and have started applying to various schools in the area. I'm starting a 12 day CNA class on the 22nd, and I'll hopefully start working soon after. I'm on the wait-list at one of the schools in the area, but I'm not holding my breath because classes start in 10 days. Did you mention in your interview that you're planning on going to nursing school?

Hi!
I start NS this August and I have just been given an interview for next week with a hospital. I passed up a job with Bayada a few weeks ago and I am so glad I did. I have been wanting a NA job in a hospital. This hospital is also where I would like to work after I finish NS.
My question is, what should I wear to my interview? I don't want to be too dressy, but I want to look professional. I really care about getting this job and I want it to show.
Also, I have not NA experience except the clinical hours I had during my NA class, which were in both a hospital and LTC facility. Will they count that as experience?
If hired, I will be working 7P to 7A. How can I make a smooth adjustment to these working times? I will only be working two days in med-surg.
I feel fine doing this while a NS because I have already completed all pre-reqs and gen-ed classes, so I will only be taking NUR classes. This is also the same hospital I will be doing clinical at once a week from 6:30A - 6:30P.
Thanks for any advice!
