NP Salary question

Quick question, how much (if you don't mind volunteering the information) are you making as new grad NP? I am making 45/hr working with a Cardiologist, and have recently passed my boards (AANP). Should my salary increase? And what would be the norm? Thanks in advance!:)

Yeah very variable - even in the same area. I find what matters the most is how much money you are bringing into the practice.
