I completed my interviews for an NP position at Kaiser SoCal and I was hoping to find out what the rate and PTO benefits are for that region. I was told Kaiser wants to make an offer but needs references first and I want to make sure the pay/benefits are compelling before giving out my contacts for references. Thank you.

Just curious as to why this is a secret? Can't you just express your interest with the caveat that you need more information regarding pay and benefits in order to make an informed decision?
