NP contract offer in Michigan

Hello All,

Got my first offer as an NP in Michigan. It is 100k base pay, with potential to move to 105 k after a year. Also 4 weeks PTO, and health benefits for employee and family. Retirement is available but I do not know the details yet, and CMEs paid for. Any opinions from seasoned NPs on this? Thanks a lot!!
