NP Boards

Can anyone please tell me what are the eligibility requirments to take the NP boards after doing a program?  Is there a time limit to take the boards by or can one take it even many years after graduation?

Also, is there a limit on the number of attempts?

Can you please provide a link for your suggestions.....

    Towards the end of school we filled out paperwork for eligibility and the school was responsible for sending the appropriate credentialing body transcripts and then an authorization to test was issued. 

    I don't know of time limits, I had never looked into taking it long after graduation.

    I think that three times within a 12 month period is the maximum allowed.
