Novant Health Nurse Residency Program Summer 2021 (HIRED)

Hello, 

I have made a new post for all the applicants who have been hired for Summer 2021. I have been hired for the Winston Salem Market. I finish school May 7. Just looking for other people who has accepted offers so we can all communicate here. What department/ speciality did you hire into? If Med Surg, do you have an idea what department you want to start in first? Since no one made a FB page yet, I figured we can communicate here.

Hi! Did you or anyone else have 2 interviews, or just one?? I interviewed about a week ago and got a call about another interview tomorrow. Is this normal?

I only had 1 interview. What did they say?

They said they weren't sure why I had another one, and maybe it was because they had more spots open up? I think it was some sort of miscommunication. But they said I should hear back by tomorrow and I'm soo anxious about it!

Hi! Congratulations to everyone who got offered a spot!! I got offered a spot for the pediatric track in Charlotte and I was wondering if a facebook page has been made yet? I went to search for the one that was posted in another thread but could not find one for the Charlotte market.

So if you was to get hired with Novant without the residency program, the pay is $30 hour and $7500 bonus. Still $4 shift dif.
