I noticed there wasn't a article for this so I decided to make one. I applied early toward the end of fall semester in December after final grades were posted and got a interview shortly after. I been so nervous for the past couple of days and I finally received the call 9 days after the interview and I still can't believe it. Anyone out there applying for the fall term?
Thank you so much you have no idea how much that's helped I'm certainly going to buy those 2 books! As for the acceptance, have you called them? Reading previous posts they said they waited about 2 weeks and then they made the call. So just by using those 2 books is what you used to study? Math is a weak point then again I haven't seen that math since high school (I'm 28) lol - thank you, this morning I woke up like I really wanted to study, and really wanted this again. It's just been so long since I applied (dec 2017) I also don't know when they are going to start calling for my semester. I must've been the first one to apply lol!

I have called three times and they keep saying it's still being reviewed. I was told to call back tomorrow, so fingers crossed!
I hadn't taken any math since I did my AA way back in 2010 (I'm 26, lol) but that book gave me everything I needed so I hope it works for you!
And you applied really early so it'll probably be a while before you hear from them about an interview, just call them every once in a while so you have an idea of when that might be.
26septembers - Thank you! Ugh I wish I can PM you! I ordered the books through amazon. From my understanding I'll use those 2 books to study off of. And obviously just the systems that are stated in the Kaplan book. They told me sometime in the summer so I'm sure soon. Praying and sending good vibes for you!!
Ive been in communication with the nursing advisor from the Ft Myers campus like everyday lol but he finally called me and said to be on the lookout for an interview email soon now that everything regarding my transcripts have been fixed!!!
And @Chisel05 i bought the kaplan book and its not really that helpful, it just gives very basic stuff to study for. I would recommend to just search on quizlet "kaplan nursing exam" and a bunch of anatomy subjects will pop up. Ive been doing that and also using khanacademy.com they have mini lessons and then a quiz at the end of each lesson that they teach. I think its super helpful. Best of luck!

I just sent you a PM with my email, write to me if you have any other questions and I'll try my best to help you.
@Chisel05 I know since you applied early this is early advice but i also would recommend going to a future open house and speaking directly with the nursing director of the campus that you applied to. I did this since there was a mishap with my application and honestly I'm glad i did. She had a face to go with the name and the nursing advisor that i had been speaking to talked to the director about me as well. So i would recommend to stay on top on your application and transcripts, go to the open house and meet the director personally and speak with her so she can remember you when it comes time to review your application. And don't be afraid to call everyday haha! I hope this helps

Hey @26septembers, I was in your interview section, the only male - not sure if you remember me. I haven't heard back either, so don't be discouraged.
