Looking for an online RN-BSN program. Have narrowed it down to Notre Dame and Ohio U. Ohio is alost $100 cheaper/credit hour.. but I want a good education and can't only go by the price. Anyone have any experience with either college? Thank you!

When you say Notre Dame, you mean Notre Dame of Maryland I assume and not the Notre Dame?

There is an entire thread devoted to Ohio University. It has it's issues but I have no regrets about attending there. 5 week classes - things move quite quickly once you start. Can't beat the price!
