I'm sure you did great! How were the questions? Mainly Emotional intelligence or did they grill you on clinical?

Mainly emotional intelligence. The clinical was either easy peasy or I didn't understand the question.  My understanding is that maybe I did good?  They stopped me mid explanation on a few things, I'm assuming that I hit the key points fast and they wanted to move on.

I'm seeing that people have already received acceptance letters...  I wonder what situation they are in to receive such early notice.

In my interview they were very stern about not reviewing anything til after all interviews were done. Unless they were lying but they explained to me that those who were conducting the interview don't even see your CV and such, they wanted to keep it as "blind" and "unbias" as possible so I don't understand how they can be giving acceptances already. But given my current experience with LSU's process I guess I can't be too surprised if they were

I was able to ask around a little bit.  Turns out she was a wait-lister from last year.  Maybe they open so many slots for those and they receive priority.  Her letter was dated for the 23rd.

Who else has interviewed and how did you guys feel that it went? Also, what is everyone's background/experience?

I didn't feel great about mine 😔 10 years as a nurse, 8 in ICU- level 1 trauma and burn for five years & 3 years cvicu
