Hello everyone! Starting a thread for people applying for Spring semester ? anyone know what interviews are like?

I also got an invite about a week and a half ago! ? Still no clue on what the actual interview will be like though... I've only had one other interview for a different program, and it was only like 20 minutes; the time slot says 45 minutes so that will be interesting.

I interview on the 30th. How bad was it?

not asking for specific questions just if it was laid back or they drill you.

Kinda in the middle; they had a lot of questions, some personal and some clinical. Not as laid back as some other interviews I have had though.

So I interviewed yesterday and I would say it is definitely a more formal/serious interview than others I’ve had. Clinical questions are based on what you take care of and drips you bring up. It’s personal, emotional intelligence and clinical questions. I think it went okay but who knows LOL said we’d know about admissions Sept 9

I'm sure you did well. I know the director and assistant director both worked at Fran U before. From what I understand the interviews there were more serious. They would go at you with clinical questions until you said you did not know. Personally, give me the clinical questions all day over the emotional intelligence questions. 

Sept 9th seems early to hear back since they are interviewing until the 7th. Then again I received an invite to interview the day the applications closed.
