Hi everyone!
Can anyone share their experience with the application, interview, and hiring process with Northwell Health's fellowships? I graduated in May 2019 with a BSN. I have been actively applying since but with no luck. I have not heard from any hospital I applied to until I received an email from Northwell Health Talent Acquisition regarding an "On-Demand Video Interview" for one of the fellowships I applied for on their website. I am beyond ecstatic to finally get an email other than "thank you for your application," that I want to make this right as if this is first and only interview I will receive as a new grad nurse. I have never heard of a video interview before so any tip will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance!
Hi all! I will be graduating in two weeks with my BSN (plan to take my NCLEX in about March) and applied to two new grad residency positions. For those that got a call back, how long did it take to get a response? I didn’t realize how competitive this program was but I’m hoping for the best!

I interviewed for ED fellowship and it is the same. You have one try to record your answer for the questions. There were six questions. It also took me awhile to complete.

Unfortunately no. You will see the next question once you're done with the previous one. That's why it might take awhile because you prepare for one question at a time and you only have one take so pretty scary to mess up. If I remember correctly, there is a time limit of 3 minutes per question.

What type of questions did they ask? I had a video interview with Montefiore for a nursing assistant position and one of the questions asked what’s my favorite season ?. It def threw me off!!!

Hello everyone. Sorry I thought my reply posted. I also got up to the panel interview and was also informed that I will get a decision by 1st week of December because they are still interviewing. I have not heard about another interview after the panel. Just wondering if anyone receive any news yet? Losing hope here.
