Hey, I'm in the same boat as you. I graduated in May 2019, took NCLEX in September and have been applying like crazy until I got an email from Northwell for an online video interview. Then I had a phone interview, and then a panel inteview and now its been a little over a week and I'm so nervous cause I haven't heard back. They told me they have to make decisions by first or second week of December so idk if I should just give up Have you heard anything yet?

I feel like the panel interview went well, but now I’m starting to second guess myself since I haven’t heard back. I was one of the first people they interviewed so the nurse recruiter told me it would take a while because they still had several interviews to conduct. I don’t think there is another interview, but I could be wrong. I don’t know how the interview went for you, but I interviewed with all of the ICU managers (CTICU, MICU, SICU etc).. I don’t know who else they would want us to interview with? I was too afraid to ask when I should expect to hear back. You asked and they said 1st or second week of December?
I thought mine went well too, and they said the next step would be to interview with someone from I don’t even remember where, but it would be a night interview at like 8pm. so I’ve been checking my email and picking up all the random numbers that call me but still nothing. I asked them when theyd have to make a decision and he said first or second week of December. I can’t imagine them making us go through a video, phone and panel interview to not get it? The nurse manager said they get like 800 applicants and only accept 8. So maybe they’re still deciding??♀️ but by end of next week I’m just gonna have to give up.

Hi everyone!
Can anyone share their experience with the application, interview, and hiring process with Northwell Health's fellowships? I graduated in May 2019 with a BSN. I have been actively applying since but with no luck. I have not heard from any hospital I applied to until I received an email from Northwell Health Talent Acquisition regarding an "On-Demand Video Interview" for one of the fellowships I applied for on their website. I am beyond ecstatic to finally get an email other than "thank you for your application," that I want to make this right as if this is first and only interview I will receive as a new grad nurse. I have never heard of a video interview before so any tip will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance!
