Its hard to say honestly because I don't have experience ?

Mainly them explaining the fellowship, a few repeat questions of the Online interview

Hey, I am a new grad as well and I've been applying to Many fellowships and I've been denied I do not have any nursing experience and I haven't taking my NCLEX yet which could definitely have a huge contributing factor has this happened to anyone else? Any advice?? I do know many people who are getting denied as well to the ER , OR etc however I know a few who had an interview ...
