Thank you! Hoping they call me in soon for the in - person one as well! There are 5 questions, these are the ones I remember vaguely.  You're answer can be up to 2 minutes long and you have time before hitting record to think about your answer. Hope this helps!

1) Tell me about yourself.

2) Which fellowship and why?

3) A time where you had a conflict with a coworker. 

4) A time where you were creative in the workplace.

5) Talk about your sickest patient... their care plan and diagnosis.

LOL I couldn't figure it out either. but yeah finally a fellow peds nurse! when did u apply for the Cohens fellowship?

I applied on 8/9. I thought I was early but Im starting to lose hope. I'll probably have to apply again in January since I haven't heard anything & my status still says "application received". But so happy to have a fellow peds nurse on this thread 💖

This conflict one scares me because I literally cannot think of a single one! I just know they ask this at all interviews.

Same here. I applied to PICU and OR for peds. Losing hope for sure...

I only did OR for Peds but there might still be a lot of hope for PICU bc the posting is still up. So they most likely haven't reviewed those applications yet! Good luck!!

It was an email. I'm not sure how long we have to complete it but I did it within 24 hours.

once I received the virtual interview all the fellowships I applied for went to unde consideration.
