Northside hospital...anyone?

Interested in opinions of current/former employees of Northside...orientation, etc. I have been offered a position but what was discussed and what is now being required are different and this is making me hesitant to move forward as I don't mind some variance but this seems more than a little and also about a day worth of online training and in person testing before getting to the paid orientation..maybe this is normal for this hospital?
