In the email they said you can either bring a hard copy or a digital one. Please confirm with them, but they told me either way was fine. I ended up just bringing a passport size headshot photo along with the digital file.

For those who got an interview, what are they referring to when they tell you to bring the "Applicant Update form"? Thank you for your help!

In your interview invite email there is an attachment known as the applicant update form. You fill it out, print it and bring it with you on the day of your interview.

Hi! Congrats to y'all who've been accepted! May I know if you all work in Chicago area currently or at one of the Northshore hospitals or the school clinical sites?

@Firstimerr thank you! I can't figure out how to respond to your comment specifically, but I work for one of the NorthShore hospitals as well as PRN at a separate hospital in southern Wisconsin.
