Hey guys. Just starting a thread for the Northridge Hospital New Grad Program. Application runs from 10/1-10/14. Interviews in November to start in March. We can ask each other questions and prepare here until the app opens and we start updating each other.

Anyone know why they just listed these on the careers page "National Resident RN Observation Telemetry Monitoring". There are a few and it says the app date is Oct 1st -15 (which was our application cycle) and starts on March 3rd

I saw that too, I've been considering reapplying. Has anyone on here had a Tele interview?

I emailed the person in charge of residency, she said it was for the people who got an offer. It looks like they have to reapply to accept it.

Hi everyone. I interviewed with peds and PICU on Nov 26. I was told I'd hear back sometime this upcoming week on whether or not I got the position, but got an invite for a second round interview instead. I was wondering if anyone else got a second round interview or if anyone knows what to expect for it. I had no idea they did second round interviews and haven't had much luck looking at past cohorts while trying to find information on it. Thanks!

I haven't heard back since my application status was updated to "Hiring Manager Review." Since people are already getting offers/second-round interviews, I'm guessing that this silence means I didn't progress in the application process. I just wish there wasn't so much guessing and I had a straightforward answer so I could put my focus into other upcoming applications.

Hi! I also interviewed for the NICU in person on Nov 25 and was invited for a second round of interview on zoom because I'm not from SoCal and was leaving. The second round was just them asking a couple other questions, nothing too scary. But I was told that I would know the final decision in 3-4 weeks. My zoom interview was the next day on Nov 26, haven't heard back since. I hope this helps!
