Hey guys. Just starting a thread for the Northridge Hospital New Grad Program. Application runs from 10/1-10/14. Interviews in November to start in March. We can ask each other questions and prepare here until the app opens and we start updating each other.

Hello! Just found this thread bc I was feeling anxious abt my interview for ICU. Here's my timeline: applied oct 1, attended open house for ICU, got called to sched interview on November 22 and had an interview dec 18. It was a panel interview with 8 people and they ask more behavioral questions to get to know you about what you would do if certain situations arise. Interview was about an hour.

Hi everyone! I was wondering for those who got hired how long did it take to clear the references/if anyone is still waiting to move past references after having it all completed. Thank you!

Hi! I got hired but I haven't gotten a notification of anything else to do. what references clearing are you referring to?

I had to input references to have them fill out a survey.

I accepted the offer on Thursday and got an email about 40 min after to enter references. Maybe they haven't done it yet due to the holidays?
